The Baumfolder 2nd station is a versatile folding solution that operates as a standalone unit or pairs seamlessly with the 714XLT folder. It can handle letter folds, fan folds, double parallel folds, and single folds. Folds can be bypassed, and it can be used as a perf or score machine. In line with the 714, it creates 8-page signatures and enables right-angle folding to produce newsletters, brochures, and other documents sized for postal regulations or envelope insertion in a single pass. The flow-thru design features innovative pivoting idler rolls that eliminate gap setting requirements and easy access slitter shafts.
