BAUM Introduces NEW DG Creaser at Graph Expo 2010

BAUM is proud this year to have more new product introductions than in any previous year at Graph Expo. Another new BAUM product introduced at this event is the DG Creaser. The new DG Creaser is ideal for companies who offer either digital or offset printing on demand and who expect high quality products from printed stock with fast and simple operation. The format is adapted to digital and also book covers (books on demand). You can attach a standard perforating kit or optional kits which can be programmed directly from the display. The Baum DG Creaser is designed to solve cracking of printing on the crease lines of folding and provide the capability to also perforate. The DG Creaser can also be operated in line with the NEW BAUM CF20 Creaser Folder and other BAUM right angle folding units to complete the creasing and folding requirements. Production is constant using the bottom feed air/vacuum system in the feed table. The vacuum pickup location is also adjustable to be able to feed curled and flat edge stocks. The non-marking urethane vacuum wheel can feed delicate coated stocks. The feed table is made from static resistant  stainless steel. The side guides are adjustable to accommodate out of square stocks.
