In-line (all glue heads on register table)

Parallel Folder: #1& #3 fold plates (1/3 sheet length each)

Grooved Fold Plate: #1 & #3 fold plates

Grooved Rolls: #1 & #2 rollers

Glue Head(s) Location: Register table

Minimum # glue heads: 5 (2 for side seams & 3 for spot glue)

Type of glue: Permanent for side seams
Fugitive for spot gluing

Perforation recommendation: Use Baum 98-tooth perf blade (#260-328-01-00) with female perf collar (#54737) to create tear-offs.

Note: modification is required to the register side guide for clearance for the glue head applying the side seam.

This type of application is common for financial statements and/or other pieces requiring privacy.
