This course will cover the bindery products in our current Folder product line.

Baumfolder BAUM 15 / BAUM 18 / BAUM 20

• This course covers installation, setup, operation and troubleshooting of both the floor model pile feeder and the continuous feed models. You will learn how to tension fold rollers for proper feel from side to side, and how to use Baumsets for maintaining the correct roller pressure settings for folding.
• Other items covered include:
  
  • Gatefolding, Perforating, Scoring, Slitting, Edge trimming, Wetscoring, Inline Gluing, Inplate Gluing
  • Folding in tandem, Right angle folding operations, Rotocrease attachments, Jam detectors
  • Marble controller for right angle applications
  • and other assorted folding applications.
• Each participant receives a Training Manual to keep that includes a Baumfolder Imposition Manual and many other helpful materials.
• In depth coverage of the electrical and electronic systems are included with hands-on troubleshooting situations that you will help determine and solve.

By having the training at our factory you will have the opportunity to tour our manufacturing facility and see how our products are built.
