These single-clamp perfect binders run at speeds up to 200 cycles/hour, producing books rapidly and easily with or without covers, with spine thickness from 2mm (.079 in) to 50 mm (1.97 in) and maximum book length of 380 mm (14.96 in). They do not require trained staff. Setting up the binder for format change is very easy. After a few minutes a new production run can be started. The units are equipped as standard with a slitting device for spine preparation, a hotmelt application system and a cover press. As options are all available interchangeable cold-glue tank, wire side glue device, jogger at feeding position and a fume / paper chip absorber.
